We all have five minutes. Rather than saying "I must change all these habits at once"....just set a few small goals that can be accomplished in under five minutes, over the next few hours. For instance, you could write down: In the next three hours I would like to accomplish:

- drink a glass of water
- eat an apple
- do 10 push-ups and 10 sit-ups

Once you start doing this type of list (or mental list / goal-setting) a few times a week, then every day, then throughout the day, now you are looking at developing new habits that will last a lifetime, one step at a time!
