As the raw movement grows and expands in to mainstream there are now many variations coming in to being.

There are your low-fat raw diets in which people eat mainly fruits and some vegetables, with very little nuts, seeds and oils. These diets feel great while you are detoxing and feeling the numerous benefits of not having your system full of sludge.

Then there’s dehydrated foods. This is the social raw restaurant and packaged foods trend including superfoods, cacao and supplements. The nice thing about dehydrated foods is they taste so much like cooked foods that they make it easy to go raw.
