You are cordially invited to the first in a series of special dinners designed and created by Dennis Knicely at the spacious, beautiful home of World-renowned authors Neville Raymond and Kavita Daswani. Neville will share his musical talents during this meal on his state-of-the-art piano.
We will be serving a non-pariel, 5-course organic & totally raw/vegan dinner... Dennis, an honorary Nutrition Doctor, is known as: "The Guru of Raw Foods"- M6-Capital National TV, Paris, France... "My favorite chef" - Dennis Kucinich... "Oh my God!" - The most common quote from numerous important people when experiencing his 5-star soup, and following entrées . Hosting events for years & co-founder of the Living Light House with Don Kidson, Dennis managed the kitchen when "Raw" by Juliano was written there. He later co-wrote a raw recipe book [unreleased] with Sara, a 67 year-old Brahmin Vegetarian Chef from India, combining the best of Eastern and Western styles [ http://www.vegparadise.com/24carrot6.html ]. Numerous events were sold out, featuring the Vegetarian Dining Club, Howard Lyman, David Wolfe, Jeremy Saffron, David & Annie Jubb, The Boutenkos, Nomi Shannon, Marilyn McDonald, Doug Graham, etc... He inspired "Fabes All Natural Bakery" to create their famous "Raw Energy Bars". Recipes for "Govinda's" Raw Crackers were developed in his kitchen. This meal will be followed by one of the first screenings of a special video by British Producer Nik Goldman. This is a [made for TV] short, satirical "send-up" of the Bush Administration [app. 20 minutes], all in fun and jest, with lots of British humour... a good chance to see how another country views this regime.
